About the Role
We are looking for a Program Lead who will own and drive end-to-end integrations, onboarding, implementation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders, including, but not limited to, IoT providers and OEM partners, while leading the successful rollout of our platform for customers.
This is a cross-functional role requiring both technical understanding and program ownership. The person will act as the primary bridge between internal teams, including Tech/sales/product/engineering teams, and external partners, including customers, OEM/IoT partners etc., ensuring smooth integrations, data flow, issue resolution, and successful go-live execution.
The individual will own the overall implementation program, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure platform readiness, go-live, onboarding and continued customer success.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end integration, implementation and Onboarding programs with IoT providers, OEMs, and external technology partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Understand and drive technical discussions around:
o IoT architecture and integrations
o APIs and data flows
o Device communication and telemetry concepts
o System-level integrations
o Platform workflows and operational processes
• Develop a working understanding of the company’s internal systems and platform architecture.
• Clarify technical and operational requirements, resolve dependencies, and remove roadblocks.
• Track integration progress and ensure timelines and milestones are achieved.
• Lead platform implementation and go-live activities for customers.• Manage issue tracking, risk identification, escalation handling, and post-go-live support coordination.
• Drive regular status updates and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM and IoT ecosystem partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Project Management, Integration Management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of IoT ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of:
o APIs (REST, Webhooks, etc.)
o Integration concepts and data exchange workflows
o IoT platforms and device communication basics
o Cloud/platform architecture fundamentals
• Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them into actionable plans for different stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional programs with multiple external partners.
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.
• Ability to independently drive initiatives and manage ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience working directly with OEMs and IoT providers.
• Existing relationships/network with IoT providers or OEM partners is a strong plus.
• Experience leading platform implementation or customer onboarding programs.
• Experience in SaaS, mobility, connected devices, automotive, fleet, energy, or related ecosystems.
• Technical background in engineering/computer science is preferred.

• Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality releases.
• Lead in architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

- 6+ years of backend engineering experience
- Strong expertise in 𝗡𝗼𝗱𝗲.𝗷𝘀 & 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻
- Experience building systems that handle high traffic or large datasets
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and system design
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and messaging systems (Kafka or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Nginx, and production deployments
- Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production systems
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
