Full Stack Engineer (Frontend & Backend)
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Experience: 3-4 Years

We’re looking for Engineers at TapFin who love building intuitive user experiences and scalable backend systems, and taking ownership of products from design to production.
What You’ll Do
- Build responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and mobile applications using React Native.
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.
- Build distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Optimize frontend rendering, API performance, databases, and data pipelines for scale.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain production applications.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-4 years of software engineering experience, with hands-on frontend and backend development.
- Strong expertise in ReactJS, React Native, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with REST APIs, authentication, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Linux, Docker, CI/CD, and Nginx.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills across the stack.
Bonus Skills: Go, Next.js, ClickHouse, Kubernetes, Temporal, Event streaming, AI/LLM integrations, and FinTech, Banking, EV, or Mobility experience.

QA Engineer
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Experience: 1–2 Years
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
• Review requirements and user stories to design clear, thorough test cases and test scenarios
• Execute manual functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and cross-browser/device tests
• Identify, document, and track defects in a bug tracker (e.g., Jira) with clear reproduction steps, logs and screenshots
• Verify bug fixes and validate releases before they go to production
• Write and maintain basic automated test scripts for UI and API tests under guidance from senior engineers
• Use AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot) to generate and refine test cases, test data and automation scripts, and critically review their output for correctness
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming and retrospectives, raising quality risks early
• Help maintain test documentation, test data, and test environments
• Contribute ideas to improve QA processes, coverage and release quality
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual, with some exposure to automation)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for testing or coding (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Copilot) to draft test cases, write scripts and debug failures, with the judgment to verify AI-generated output
• Solid understanding of the SDLC, STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong grasp of testing techniques: test case design, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, regression and exploratory testing
• Experience writing clear bug reports and using a defect tracking tool such as Jira
• Basic knowledge of SQL for validating data
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
• Good analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
